This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the permitted and prohibited use of Apex41 websites, products, platforms, and services (the “Services”), including ApexOS. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, the Terms of Service.

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Conduct security testing against the Services without prior written authorisation.
• Create, upload, or distribute malware or other malicious code.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
• Engage in automated use of the Services that is excessive or that degrades their operation, where such use is not expressly permitted.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to exploit, damage, or reverse engineer the Services beyond what applicable law permits.

Where the Services include AI-powered or automated functionality, you must not use that functionality to:

• Facilitate unlawful activity.
• Circumvent security controls, including those of the Services or third-party systems.
• Create or distribute malicious software.
• Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.

This policy is intended to prevent misuse, not to restrict the legitimate engineering, automation, and AI-orchestration functionality that products such as ApexOS are designed to provide.

Apex41 welcomes good-faith security research conducted with prior written authorisation. Security testing performed without such authorisation is prohibited under this policy.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Apex41 may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.
