The Services, including all associated software, technology, content, branding, and trademarks, are owned by Apex41 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services.

As between you and Apex41, you retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Services, subject to the rights necessary for Apex41 to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. Apex41 does not claim ownership of your data.

Apex41 products may integrate with, or allow you to connect to, third-party services and providers, including artificial intelligence (“AI”) providers. Your use of any third-party service connected through the Services may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies, which you are responsible for reviewing and accepting separately. Apex41 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

Certain Services may include AI-powered or automated features. Outputs generated by such features may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should be independently evaluated before being relied upon. AI-generated outputs should not automatically be treated as professional, financial, legal, or other expert advice.

You remain responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs. Apex41 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output for a particular purpose.
