Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions and eligible services may be cancelled.
01Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an eligible subscription using the cancellation method made available through your account for the relevant product, or by contacting Apex41 directly.
02Effect of Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewal charges. Depending on the product, access to the relevant service may continue until the end of the current billing period. This is subject to any product-specific terms that apply to the subscription.
03Immediate Cancellation
Where immediate cancellation results in the immediate termination of access, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remainder of the billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
04Annual Plans
Cancellation and renewal terms for annual plans may differ from monthly plans and will be presented at the time of purchase or renewal for the relevant product.
05Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise contracts may have separate cancellation provisions, including notice periods and minimum commitment terms, as set out in the applicable enterprise agreement or order form.
06Account Deletion
Cancelling a subscription is a separate action from deleting your account. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing for that subscription but does not automatically delete your account or associated data. If you wish to delete your account, this must be requested separately.
07Changes to Pricing
Apex41 may change pricing for a product or service from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, notice of a material pricing change will be provided before it takes effect for existing subscribers.
